This morning Nina showed us way you could clear your mind. She used meditation. A soundtrack that played sound of nature was in the background while Nina focused on clearing her mind. Here's 5 ways you could clear you mind.

1.  My sister does to relax is that she listens to songs so she can clear her mind.
2.  My Nana  alway does is that she always prays to God. 
3.  My younger sister does is she draws  a lot to keep her calm.
4. My mum do is she is always looking at pictures to keep calm.
5. What I do is that I love singing or I just sit on my bed.

today we learned about how the google company allows their workers to use 20% of thier working hours to work on passion they have. this is known as 'genius hour' our class came back with a list of our own passion. we will be working on these thing in the weeks to come in hour very own 'genius hours.

Once upon a time there was a strong boy from a place called Samoa. He had no friends and he was very lonely.






2. One day the boy went to New Zealand with his sister and around the city in Auckland to find a job.he looked everywhere but no one needed him so he went back to samoa sadly. After walking sadly back to samoa he saw a rugby stadium called Toa samoa so he went to go and try out.





3. When he went inside he saw big mens and he said “they are good” so he went to ask the coach if he could sign up and the coach said let’s see what you got but the coach was very serious.



4. So he went to his apartment and went and put on his rugby gear and went straight to the stadium. So when he played the teacher was very cross with him because he was a starter and didn't know how to play. So the coach said get out of my stadium. The boy ran back crying but he toughed up and showed who is better now, so he went back and started to train.






5. A Few more days the boy was better than ever and the coach was very Impressed so the coach said you have to be here on time for the game and the boy said yes coach.






6.when he came to the game he was to late then he hurried to put on his shirt and went out there and play so the coach was very happy cause he score heaps of points. The end
